New Knowledge Base Released

As previously announced, Business Catalyst has launched a brand new BC Support Site, including a refreshed public Knowledgebase to replace the existing Online Business Wiki! The new Knowledgebase addresses a variety of issues with the existing Flash-based solution that were raised by the community over the past few months.

Google Makes A Big Change
Google has decided to change the name of what was called the “Google Local Business Center” to “Google Places.” According to the Google press release, the change is to help connect Google Place Pages with the "place" where local business information is claimed, entered, etc. (will it work? YES!)
